There is a lack of information in non-Russian language about history of TRIZ development (methods, techniques, concepts, people) and about non-standard applications of TRIZ-knowledge (e.g. in non-technical domain).
With the goal of a more widespread knowledge about these topics, Apeiron organizes yearly Symposia with the presence of TRIZ experts and developers.
The first Symposium will be thus held in Vinci (Italy) from September 20th to 22nd, 2010. The provisional program of the event can be seen by clicking the following link. How to reach Vinci.
From the square in front of Empoli Railway Station (line Firenze - Pisa) buses for Vinci are running: it is possible to consult the timetables through the following link.
From Firenze airport you have to reach the railway statio Firenze Santa Maria Novella (buses are running each 30 minutes). Pisa airport owns its own railway station; however in order to reach Empoli you have commonly to change at the station Pisa Centrale.

By car drive through the highway Firenze - Pisa - Livorno and take the exit Empoli, then follow the indications for Vinci
